​Description​

Damer House prepared a comprehensive business case to support the development of a new on-site 56-bedroom specialist hotel. Led the appointment and coordination of a multidisciplinary professional team to secure full planning consent.

The project features a unique and innovative design concept, specifically tailored to meet the operational and experiential needs of its specialist end users. In parallel, developed and implemented the hotel’s operational strategy plan, ensuring alignment between the design vision, commercial objectives, and long-term operational efficiency
