​Description​

Development Partnership with West Berkshire Council and Network Rail on a 5.5 acre site in the centre of Newbury and adjacent to the mainline railway station.​

Following an extensive consultation and design process, planning was secured for 232 Build to Rent homes and 10,000 sq ft commercial accommodation. alongside a new multi storey car park for the benefit of the railway station and Council offices.

The final application secured consent without objection at West Berkshire Council planning committee, and praised by local councillors for the well considered design and inclusive approach to local consultation.
