​Description​

A 110,000 sq ft headquarters office building, occupying a substantial 5-acre site in central Norwich.​

Identified the opportunity to secure the site on favourable terms and deliver an innovative BTR and PBSA scheme. Introduced a new entrant to the UK for the acquisition alongside a robust and exciting business plan that is now being implemented by the investor directly.​
