​Description​

Site adjacent to Seven Sisters underground station acquired STP from the London Borough of Haringey. ​

Planning achieved for a landmark 22–23-storey tower at the junction of Tottenham High Road and Seven Sisters Road.​

The project was completed in 2021 as part of the Seven Sisters Regeneration Project.
