​Description​

Estate renewal in the heart of Waterloo. Undertook extensive tenant engagement, holding workshops, surveys, and one-to-one meetings to shape the scheme and address resident requirements and concerns. ​

This collaborative approach led to a detailed planning application (and subsequent consent) for 215 new rental homes, office and community use.
